Hello, To start this off I am NOT a car expert but I do find them very interesting. here is the situation: A sports car is driving around a right turn on a track going pretty fast, would it be beneficial if the suspension on the right side of the car got lowered (either by hydraulics or suspension) so that it could make the corner at a higher speed and prevent oversteer (drifting around the corner)? wouldn't the now angled car have more traction around the turn? could this also reduce the momentum from the hypothetical straight that the car was driving on previous the turn? I am happy to learn so please if you can correct/help me please do!
I live in a cold climate usually around -10 to 25 degrees F during the winter months. This is for a pt cruiser 2001 limited edition model. When I turn the wheel the car makes a groaning noise as you can hear in the video . Any clues as to what it could be? Bad/dry ball joint? power steering? Thanks.
