  1. Have you ever considered between Nissan Terra vs Montero Sport? Though the Nissan Terra is relatively new to the Philippine mid-size SUV segment, it still stands out while the Mitsubishi Montero Sport is rising to fame. Now let’s find out which one is worth selecting! Based on figures, the Nissan Terra is significantly larger in almost all categories, which is 100 mm longer, 50 mm wider and has 30 mm more height, a longer wheelbase by around 50 mm as well as a higher ground clearance. Otherwise, choose the Mitsubishi Montero Sport for paved roads. As for looks, that’s up to you. The Terra is brusque and utilitarian, and tough-looking while the new Montero Sport GT is futuristic and elegant. By and large, the two top of the line variants sports the same amount of interior features. The Nissan Terra 2019 though has a larger touchscreen that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android auto whereas the Montero Sport has a smaller 6.7-inch unit. Especially, the Montero Sport GT comes with a sunroof. In terms of safety, both of these models have curtain airbags, side airbags, and dual front airbags. The Mitsubishi Montero Sport 2019 surpasses the Nissan Terra with respect to a Knee airbag. Now let’s check out which one is the better of two performance cars. In terms of exterior, the GT-R is vastly different than the Mustang. The Nissan GT-R is a modern marvel of engineering while the model Ford Mustang is a powerful nod to the classic muscle cars of the 60’s. Furthermore, the GT-R possesses a sense of a monster track car and the Mustang, while also capable on the track, draws more on the nostalgia of the muscle car scene. 7. My dad and I replaced the left front CV axle on my 2009 Nissan Rogue SL last night. After getting everything put back together and taking it for a test drive, there is a thumping like noise coming from the left front that gets worse the faster you go. Also, when putting it in park it makes a grinding like noise and coasts backwards. It is an automatic transmission.
  8. Hey guys so i’m in a bit of a dilemma I am planning on buying a 2012 Nissan either Maxima or Altima. Both cars are the same price but the Atlima’s headlight is broken, however it does have only a 150,000 kms on it compared to the Maxima I am looking at which has 195,000 kms. Both are fully loaded and all but I’m just debating which one to buy I like the fuel effiency of the Altima more but I don’t want to have to wait 2 weeks to get the light and tiny crack (tiniest crack below the headlight) on the bumper fixed. So I ask you guys for your advice which one do you think I should buy?
  9. Hey! I have a 2012 Nissan rouge AWD. About a month ago I noticed my car making a gurgling/grinding noise with initial acceleration. If I hit the gas really hard the noise goes away till I let up on the gas again. When parked and hitting the gas the car does not make this noise. At the same time we noticed that the boot was torn on the right upper CV axle so we ordered the part to fix it. We fixed it last Friday along with the rear left CV axle (it was knocking). But the noise is still there. The gas mileage is getting worse steadily and I notice that when I drive other cars now I have a heavy foot so that leads me to believe there may be some minor power loss with the noise. We have a baby coming in January and trying to get the car ready for her or buy something new if needed. Any ideas would be great!

  22. Hi everyone! I have a 1992 Nissan Sentra that I'm borrowing from a friend while my car is getting worked on. I'm not used to the manual lights so I forgot to turn them off when I went to work, and I came back to a dead car. I tried jumping it (unsuccessfully) and afterward I noticed a round, small, red light blinking to the left of the steering wheel and also my external hazard lights starting dimly blinking. The light also made a faint clicking noise when blinking, but only when all of the doors were closed. After this starting happening I tried to start the car again and the automatic seatbelts started to REALLY SLOWLY move back to their normal position, and some of the dashboard lights were coming on, but very dimly as well. Another thing I noticed was that when I first tried starting the car when jumping it was that it made the tell-tale clicking noise like the battery was dead, but after the red/hazard lights starting blinking it no longer made the clicking noise. I'm stumped! My friend who owns the car is stumped. We just don't know what to do and would really appreciate any information or help. Thanks!
  23. Hey guys this is my first post on the forums, I look forward to getting to know some of you guys and hearing your responses. So anyways, here is my problem. My first car is a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5S Special Edition, and while its a great first car, I just want something I could work on and make my own really. Recently, there have been many cars popping up around my area for sale that are of equal value of the car, around $5500. I have been trying to persuade my parents to allow me to trade this Altima, which has been completely paid off, for a 1998 BMW M3 which is for sale for $5000. The BMW has less miles, and would be much more fun to drive daily. Any thoughts of how I could make a valid argument as to why the trade would be a good idea? Thanks in advance. -Tim
