  1. I’m looking to purchase a used AWD crossover or suv. I want a runner, something that’ll last 200,000+ with proper upkeep of course. Something with good gas mileage, mid 20s and above. I don’t want to spend more than $10,000 but also want it to have less than 100,000 miles on it currently. I don’t have a preference for year. So far I’ve been leaning towards Rav4, Highlander, and CRV. Any suggestions are appreciated!
  2. I am a 17 y/o who just got an '04 ram 1500 5.7L Hemi as my first car. It's a beast and I love it, but it clearly doesn't get very good gas mileage. I've removed some extra weight, filled my tires to the max PSI, and adjusted my driving habits which has already saved me a couple mpgs as it is, but I'm looking to see if there's anything I can swap out or install that will help. All I've found so far thats promising is a k&n performance air filter and short ram/cold air intake system? Can anyone tell me if these are legit and if there are any other aftermarket parts that can help me out? Not expecting any crazy gains but every bit helps.
  3. I 2nd the post earlier today on Nano Pro MT Products and Highly Recommend ! Their entire line is the Internet's Best Kept Automotive Secret. They used to be in Auto Zone however, now their products are available exclusively through their EBAY Store ( https://www.ebay.com/usr/nanopromt)! I purchased their Scheduled Maintenance 2-Pack of Coolant Additive (Nano Cool) and Oil Stabilizer for $34.98 and it was the best $35 bucks I ever spent! (https://www.ebay.com/itm/100-Authentic-Nano-Pro-MT-Oil-Stabilizer-Nano-Cool-Combo-Pack-Brand-New-2020/164031942138?hash=item263110cdfa:g:hRMAAOSwc7teHlYP) I've got to tell you, I'm thrilled about this Nano Pro MT Oil Additive. The very 1st thing I noticed was my truck had a ticking noise when it was accelerating or idling. That noise is gone! I ran it about 15 miles to work it through and I don't hear any trace of that noise anymore. Color me impressed! I have tried a few times to find anything that does what it claims to. You cant imagine how important my truck is to me. It's the thing that gets me from job to job. I swear it's the smoothest my vehicle has been in a very long time. FORD F-150 (153,738 Miles). Below is my current mileage and the Nano products I used! Do yourself a favor especially if you have a High Mileage vehicle and pick up a few bottles of this stuff! You won't be sorry!
  4. I just bought a used Ford Fusion SEL, its 2007 if that helps. I haven't driven on the highway yet, but in town I get 13 miles per gallon, If I knew the car was this bad on gas I would never have got it. Does anyone else who has the ford fusion feel like its a gas guzzler? I pay 200 a month for gas and I don't even go that far. How can I get so little gas mileage? its killing my pocketbook, I am already ready to trade it in
