So i have e 4 cyl. 2.0L Chrysler Stratus LE Automatic, 16 Valve DOHC. Problem: 1. Ticking noise in engine. Probably a valve, right? (I have hydraulic tappets) 2. Main problem. Whenever i hit the pedal to the metal, or push it too quick, or im in a steep hill standing still and trying to start driving, the car jump to 3 cylinders. Even had it going at 2 once... I pull out the ignition tubes that go down to the spark plugs and it runs the same, so it doesnt ignite. But why? If i press the pedal slowly and im on a flat road, the car drives on 4 cyls. But if i press the pedal too far too quick it switches to 3 cyls. Again. The AMS (air mass sensor) is not broken as the car fucks up if i unplug it. So i was thinking maybe a injector? But i dont know. I think it's weird its only happening when the engine is under heavier use. Pls help.

chrysler 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser coolant replacement
Renee123 posted a topic in American Manufacturers
I won a 2002 pt cruiser a year ago in a school raffle. Me and my family have never owned any cars before, so we have absolutely no car knowledge. I only started driving it recently and noticed that the coolant tank was dirty with dark brown, mud-like stuff. A friend helped me take out the coolant tank and rinse it, but we did not do a full radiator flush. The car had a red coolant originally, but I do not know if it was the HOAT recommended by Chrysler. I bought a Phosphated HOAT coolant, but it is blue. We added it to the car, again, without doing a flush first. Will the car be okay? Does color matter as long as they are both HOAT? Is Phosphated HOAT coolant different from non-phosphated? -
I drive a 2013 Chrysler 200 s (6cyl) with 87k. Purchased the vehicle with 24k on it. I did front & rear breaks within the last 6 months, rotors looked good when it was checked with a dial indicator. I also purchased Cooper tires 4 months ago and all are well balanced at around 34psi. The issue I'm having is the vehicle tends to vibrate/shake when stopping from a high speed I live in the mountains and notice when I'm coming down the mountain it shakes terribly when slowing down and stopping, also when driving on the highway I can feel a "shake" somewhere in the front. I travel tons, and I'm getting concerned about me and my childs safety. I took the vehicle in to be looked at and the mechanic said the breaks needed to be "lubed?" ...... it didn't fix the issue and cost me a arm and leg. Any advice would surely be appreciated. Also while I'm here and asking for advice the car will heat up like normal but if I turn my heat on, it will not blow hot out of the passanger side, but will blow hot out of the drivers side temporarily. My temp gauge will fuen drop down to about a quarter of the way if I turn my heat all the way up. I do not have dual climate control. Could this be the dexcool possible sludged up?

I have a 2004 grand cherokee Limited4.7L v8, I just recently bought this car off Craigslist, and it’s giving me hell! My break light and Abs light come on and off, usually when I rev the engine, and when I start the car some loud noises come from the sound system, however, the lights do not show on the radio. I took it into auto zone to get the alternator check and they told me that the vultage regulator is providing too much load on the battery. Could this be the answer to why I’m getting warning lights and sound problems? The odometer keeps disappearing as well. Its giving the batter 17.5v
