  1. A lot of people argue that it has meaning, but I know people who leave it off. The choice is yours really.
  2. Not until recently has Volkswagen, Volvo, and Honda tried parting from that age old bunched up design, but the Jetta is not up to date yet. It would be nice. Also be sure to weigh the pros and cons of each (dual exhausts with lawnmower sounds vs german exhaust with sporty sounds). The Gli Jetta tries to make it look a little cleaner with chrome tips, if that helps any.
  3. If you are willing to go for eight seats, Honda Pilot and Toyota Highlander provide ample space and rock solid reliability in that price range. Also consider Chevy Traverse, if you want that Chevrolet craftsmanship found in the Equinox.
  4. This really does sound like my kind of sight, can anyone tell me what they think so far? Thinking of joining, would like to know how it is.
  5. Nice, I will check it out. Corolla is one of my favorite cars, and a great blank canvas to fill.
  6. I have a 2005 C Class and I am not happy with it. Rather unreliable. If you want something good value, I recommend shopping anywhere from 2008 to 2012. I got to check out a 2012 one and it seemed like it was in pretty good shape for high miles. If the C Class is your kind of car and you don't want to break the bank, I recommend them highly.
  7. Hi all, I am really curious as to what sound these new vehicles can really produce. Does anyone have any experience to share as far as custom exhausts go for these vehicles? Thanks, Justin
  8. Hello guys. I am considering buying a vehicle that I wish to work on, but I do not wish to register it yet. Is anyone going through the same experience? Is it legal? Any advice?
  9. Greetings, friends. I have recently aquired a 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor. The idle seems rough, and it needs an oil change. I cannot find the dipstick. Anyone have the same problem? I am new to this car and do not know what a regular idle is for a Kompressor like this. Thanks, Justin
  10. I know some keys such as Lincoln and Honda are specially coated to ensure that the key is genuine. If a duplicate is used, it won't start. I'm not sure about any wiring problems. There should be a way to override this, I could look into it. It fascinates me. -Justin
  11. Chevy Traverse, G.M.C. Acadia, Toyota Highlander and Honda Pilot have shown to be worthy lately. But those are basically solutions to the dreaded minivan. If you want something more spirited, consider a 4runner, Tahoe, Expedition, or something along the lines. The choice is yours, do some research! Best of Luck, Justin
  12. Hey man, I feel you. I know people in similar situations. By the way it sounds, you might be happy in an entry level luxury car like a Volvo or Buick or something. I just say test drive, do your homework, and go with what you feel is right. -Justin
