2002 CR-V broken bolt

Hi, new poster here. I have a 2002 Honda CR-V with a dead starter. I'm trying to remove the intake manifold to access and replace the old starter, but there was a rusted bolt that had crumbled and stripped. I was able to remove most of the head with a drill, but now I can't get the last bit off. I had already tried a bolt extractor socket set, but one was too big and the next was too small. I also tried an adjustable Go-2 Socket, but it was too big to fit in the recession on the manifold where the bolt is. Now that the head is mostly destroyed, does anyone have any suggestions on how to remove the last piece? I've tried drilling, filing, and chiseling to no avail. I tried to attach pictures of the condition, but it said "upload failed."

Thanks,

Maya G
