Hyundai Accent vs Toyota Vios: Which sedan would you want to drive home?

The Toyota Vios or the Hyundai Accent are the two most popular models in the B-Segment Sedan market right now and in the past as well. Wonder which comes out on top? Let’s start with Toyota Vios vs Hyundai Accent on Philkotse.com!

With regards exterior, the Vios is a much wider. About styling, I would prefer the Toyota Vios because of its new design whereas the Accent in sedan form does look good. The higher trim variants of the Vios also come with fancier stuff like larger allow wheels, a pair of fog-lights, and a rear spoiler.

In terms of interior, both the Vios and the Accent have USB and AUX ports, Bluetooth connectivity, hands-free calling, AM/FM radio and a decent sound system. All variants of the new 2019 Hyundai Accent only comes with a 3.8” LCD Display Radio with a USB and AUX port.

On concerning engine and performance, I consider the Vios falls short. Particularly, the current Hyundai Accent comes in two engine options: a 1.4 liter Gasoline and a 1.6 liter Diesel. On the other hand, Toyota Vios appears in a 1.3 liter and a 1.5 liter. In conclusion, pick a CRDi Accent should you be more adventurous. Otherwise, opt for the Vios if you prefer on-board entertainment.

For exhaustive comparison, move on to Hyundai Accent vs Toyota Vios comparison!

I prefer to choose Vios. I love its appearance.

Here I would like to focus on its exterior highlights. Toyota Vios boasts a radical front end design with a slim upper grille and sharper headlights coupled with a massive lower grille. The base variant J comes with automatic halogen reflector headlights, LED daytime running lights, and rear fog lights. The higher-spec E gets front fog lights and LED rear combination tail lights, while the top-spec G features halogen projector headlights. The lower trims ride on 15-inch alloy wheels, while Vios G comes with 16-inch two-tone alloy wheels. Other key highlights include electric door mirror adjustment, door visors, and auto-folding door mirrors with integrated indicators.

I would opt for the Vios. The engine difference you mention isn't that significant that it would really impact performance in a major way so I'd throw that comparison out. It sounds like your other points tend towards the Vios anyway.

I think at the moment the companies are not yet at the level of Tesla's off-road van and that's where they should think about a near future being this 2021 which is the presentation and by numbers this truck takes to other brands like Ford, land Rover and Toyota
