Recommend a truck for me

Hi,

I am looking for a good truck that is fast and also visually appealing.

I am new to the car scene but would like to put some mods. I would rather it be under 15k and also under 100k miles which i know is asking for a lot.

I am not really sure where to start or what specs to look for and am asking for any help on this topic. Thank you for taking your time to read this and i hope to be hearing from you soon.

Welcome!

If you're looking for a fast truck along with a good look to it, I'd recommend the 2016 Ford F-150

The average price of a 2016 F-150 (based on more than 4,900 listings for the truck on our used car site) is $34,500.

That's typical for a half-ton pickup. Prices range from $24,700 to $46,800, in part because the F-150 offers such a varied selection of options, body styles, and trim levels.

I know this is expensive but either along holidays or manufacturer sale events are good opportunities to snatch.

You'll need to determine the market value of a vehicle before you begin to negotiate.

This figure will serve as the backbone of your strategy and will give you a reference point when you start getting price quotes from the dealership.

Other than that I'd recommend checking out the 2015 Dodge Ram 1500. It has a good acceleration as well a a hot exterior and interior.

It's power is astounding having a base engine = 3.6-liter gasoline V6 generating 305 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque.

The transmission is an eight-speed automatic. Rather than a traditional shift lever, the eight-speed is controlled by a rotary knob on the instrument panel.

I recommended the Ford first because it tends to be cheaper on gas for long distance and it much lighter than Ram. But Ram's percentage by brand, passes all light-duty pickups sold over the last 30 years still on the road by 80%.

Ram exceeds GMC, Chev, and Ford by power-train, 4x4 tech, capability, safety, storage, features, and specifics in trucks.
