White smoke no antifreeze in oil

White smoke from the exhaust is surely a sign that there is a problem with your car. It could mean a big problem or not, which will depend on the thickness of the smoke. Thin smoke is something you don't need to worry about. However, thicker smoke is a pretty big issue. This could mean a broken fuel pumping injection, leaking coolant, or other parts are damaged like cylinder head, head gasket, fuel filter or the engine is clogged or cracked. What you can do is examine or inspect those areas and have them fixed. However, it's still best to have it diagnosed on your trusted car shop for possible repair to prevent misdiagnosed areas that might ruin your car. Hope this helps!
