In 2020, more than half of Beijing public transport electric vehicles

The 2018 Meeting of Urban Passenger Transport Branch of China Road Transport Association and the Bus Development Summit Forum for the 40th Anniversary of Reform and Opening-up were held in Beijing. Reporters learned from the meeting that it is expected that by 2020, all Beijing buses will use new and clean energy. Electrically driven buses will exceed 50% of the total number of buses. Electrically driven buses in the main urban areas and urban sub-centers will all be electric-driven.

Xu Zhengxiang, head of the Department of Strategic and Reform and Development of Beijing Bus Group, said that the Group vigorously promoted the development of new energy and clean energy-driven vehicles. In the new purchases of vehicles this year and next, electric-driven buses accounted for 90 percent. According to the plan, by 2020, all the vehicles of Beijing public transport group will realize new energy and clean energy.

As one of the five municipalities directly under the central government, Chongqing will also gradually realize new energy and clean energy travel. Feilong Jiangli, as a component supplier of new energy vehicles, will contribute to new energy and clean energy travel.
