Mbz C230 Rough Idle

Greetings, friends. I have recently aquired a 2005 Mercedes Benz C230 Kompressor. The idle seems rough, and it needs an oil change. I cannot find the dipstick. Anyone have the same problem? I am new to this car and do not know what a regular idle is for a Kompressor like this.
