nman1212
Hello I'm stuck between two cars. I'm a senior in high school and am looking for a car that will last through college but is also somewhat fun. The choices have been narrowed down to: 2005 Subaru Legacy 2.5i wagon - 119,000 miles - $6,990 -AWD versus 2008 Mazda3 s Sport Hatchback - 123,000 miles - $5,995 - More fun / better looking Thanks for your advice
Cliffy
Two very different cars there. The Mazda will probably be more fun, as it's a roller-skate in comparison to the Subaru.
thomaswhite544
In 2005 Subaru introduced a new body style and terrific turbo 2.5 liter engine. With a combination of high performance and good fuel economy along with leather seating, fine sounding sound system and a few options like a short throw shifter the Subaru Legacy GT is truly a forgotten gem.... Built for fun and built to last! 2008 Mazda3 s Sport Hatchback is absolutely reliable. The handling is superb. It looks sharp. Wish the mpg was better- 26-27, but that's better than many for a comparable vehicle. Tires are expensive as it's considered a sport car. You'll need snows- all seasons don't cut it. I love this car.
