Would a replaced battery mean there is risk of having defect on the electrical system

Hello everyone

I'm planning to buy a new Ford Fusion and got really interested in one. It's a new Ford Fusion SE 2015 and it's been in dealer's lot for about 10 months. The only problem is that the records showed that the battery was replaced by the dealer. Dealer's explanation is that the battery was dormant after sitting in winter. However, my friend told me that a battery replacement could mean high risk in electrical systems of the car, especially when it's a new car that got battery replaced. So my friend assumed that the car could need battery replacement every year after I purchase the car or simply will run out of battery every few hours without driving. I'm not an expert in this, do you guys have any advise or suggestions? Thanks a lot.
