Car Won't Start... Died While Driving

I have a 95 Honda Del Sol Vtec. Yesterday I drove and while driving down the street, the car turned off like I stalled out (Its a stick). I have been driving a stick since my first car, so I can drive them.

Issue: While trying to start it again after it died, the car would turn but not turn over and start. After I tried starting it and it cranking but not starting, it smells like gasoline outside my car.

Is the solution a new fuel pump or fuel line? What do you all think is the issue... AND THE SOLUTION? Thank you all,

God bless,

It's getting fuel (which is why you are smelling fuel), what it isn't getting is spark. Possibly a crank position sensor or a cam position sensor that is not telling the ignition when to fire off.
