I like the bold looks. Much better than the boring Altimas, Accords and Camrys.

True. As if the camry dont look like the lexuses (nothing original there) but yes, I also agree that Hyundai should have been more original but the bold look does make it different. Next car please. ;)

Umm... Toyota makes Lexus...

Dude, even an infant knows that. :P

Precisely the point. Camry looks like the Lexus, Lexus looks like the Crown majesta, etc. etc. Nothing original there. So I praise the Hyundai's bold design. Some parts of it are indeed copied from the designs of other cars, but at least they tried to be daring. Ho hum for toyota's dull designs.

Dude how is it not original if it's made by the SAME PEOPLE? And Isaac is right. And Hyundai doesn't know how to design cars btw. See tiburon.

I mean they should at least try to differentiate the model famillies, right? Imagine paying a premium for a lexus when what you really got is a rebadged camry. I agree with you on the tiburon, but it's all in the past now.

That's for sure.

Definitely. But its not just the design of toyota's thats botherin' me. It's the dull drive. there's no emotion. yes they are reliable, and there is an abundance of spare parts (and cheap too) but something must be done about the driving experience. Toyota's marketing is top notch, and they do have a habit of releasing the right car at the right time but remember there are LOTS of good, if not better, alternatives out there.

Again, Hyundai is on the right track. I admire the company's passion. They're not only focusing on reliability, but they're definitely doing something about how their cars feel when driven. The quality of materials, too, are top notch. It feels you're driving a much more expensive car.
