Yeah euro car parts are too expensive. Buy Japanese. If you look at, perhaps Magna sedan would be a good first car. Some very cheap, very good deal. Notice tons, which is still on the road.

I totally agree with Lotus GT1, and because the generation is being too much concerned with their car and its luxuries it is obvious to see hikes in prices.

If you're not a European you'll find it expensive!

Not necessarily, as there are many online discount parts supply sources. For example, parts for my BMW are often cheaper than teh same parts for Hondas. Also if you belong to an owner's group, you can get discounts at dealerships as well. I can take up to 20% off parts and service at my local BMW dealerships by being part of the BMW Club of America. That makes maintaining and repairing my top of the line BMW 740iL an inexpensive proposition.

I heard Greece gets cars for free as Germany figures out how to pay for them.

Seriously I find some European cars excessive in price such as some VW's but then again I find some American made vehicles excessive in price. My concern is resale value. If the vehicle can maintain it then it is worth more to me as a buyer. If its a Range Rover or S-class then I will wait for a previously leased one to come available.

I am an european and i always envy american costumers that could buy easely a Mustang or Camaro, for the same amount of ash in Europe you could buy a Smart or an Opel Astra...
I am talking about the price that american cars have in america and european cars have in europe, for a fair comparison.

looks like this one has been going for a while. All i can say is that euro cars are compeatively priced for the market that they are sold in but the minute you look at exports they can become expensive due to import export regs. As regards to what is better its all down to personal taste so I'm not being pulled into that one

American cars are cheap if you import them from America, and don't buy them from your countries dealer!!!!
In the UK there are too many regulations, laws and taxes affecting us!

I also am going to school for Business Administration. I want to open my own Medical Cannabis dispensary one day. With something that can help people so much why wouldn't I want to be involved.

Okay douch, first off, just because better cars come out of Europe ranging between 20,000- 500,000 and even beyond that. granted in very few cases. This still dips into the lower to mid level vehicle priced vehicles, and this is if we are only talking about new, off the floor cars. I just purchased a 03 MK4 VDuB Jetta Wolfsburg, 1.8T AWP 175/180 Horsepower - 173/1950 Torque, stock, Forge built engine (internals) pistons, crank shaft, etc. This car sells new for 23,000. A tad more because it's a Wolfsburg edition but you get my point. Amazing car built with an awesome engine for the same price as you could go and buy a new Dodge Dart. So your argument for overall price is done right there.

As for the maintenance on the vehicel, ride in a European car and you will understand the price difference. But, to offer a simple explanation, anything you get from overseas is going to cast you more money. Unless we're talking Japan but you wouldn't be on this forum if you were running a fuckin Honda (I hope) even though they can be turned into amazing vehicles, cheaper parts means more labor and poorer ride, possibly more maintenance. European parts are superior in function, performance, and life span. There's so,e facts for you cheap skate. Have fun driving a rattle can.

Nothing like countering one terrible stereotype with another terrible stereotype.
