Since last Tuesday, the "Facebook friends" of the British Mini brand have an exclusive opportunity. Only they can see the features of the next novelty of the brand: the coupe Paceman.

Indeed, the four photos released by the brand on the social networking site only appeared anywhere else - except on sites that have recovered. As it should be noted that these images do not even have been supplied to the automotive press!

These four images show different action plans of what is essentially a coupe Countryman. By the message that accompanies these images, the manufacturer confirms its term, which will Paceman.

The photos on Facebook, which resembles realize images by photographers-spies, highlight the rear of the car, which was hidden for the occasion. After all, the back of this car stand out from the Countryman.

This new model is the true evolution of the concept car unveiled by the same name Mini Auto Show in Detroit in January 2011.

Paceman should share the engines of Countryman or the naturally aspirated version and the version of the turbo 4-cylinder 1.6 liter. Two engines that develop 181 hp and 121 respectively.

It measured almost 40 cm taller than Mini Cooper.

The final version of this model should be unveiled at Paris Motor Show in Paris this September.

It is an interesting news really. It is also known from Piers Scott who confirmed the Mini Paceman would become the local brand’s7th variant when it arrives in showrooms around March 2013. It has a small patch of camouflage over its rear quarters, tail-lights and tailgate, the production model will look almost identical to Paceman concept. It is really cool.
