Hello

I have very less experiences with cars! :(
The problem is that the driver's door on my car Toyota Carina car has problem locking and unlocking. When the key is inserted, it simply doesn't turn. I have two keys - neither is able to turn the lock! Both however work on the front passenger door.

Any help on what I should do next would be very much appreciated.
Many thanks.....

Has this been going on since you bought the car, or did it just recently start? I'd suggest taking it to a locksmith and seeing if the lock cyclinder is the same as the passenger side or if it's broken.

That door(lock) is possibly the problem since your passenger's door lock work with the keys.
How much will they charge for fixing the lock cylinder? I hope it's not that expensive.!
