Ok, I am looking to buy a car right now. My parents wanted it to be a project so my dad can spend some "quality time" with me. He works on ATV's and motorcycles a lot, but neither of us know a lot about working on cars.I came up with this idea and want to know whether it is practical or not. I thought of buying a 90's era van or SUV, taking the back seats(if it has three rows) and taking the second row and installing them side ways against a back wall, and installing a flat screen tv against the other wall. I don't think the seats would be used during driving, they would be used just when the car is stationary. I love video games, and am currently trying to get a career in that industry, so why not include video games in my car? ;)

Could this be something me and my dad could do?
What vehicle models would be affordable and have the space for this project?
Could it be done in a reasonable budget?
Would it comply with California laws?
And, would there be a better way of adding a large screen in a car than this?

~Thank ahead
