I don`t have much money, I want buy one less than 250$.I do not know much about it, SO one of my Chinese friends gave me a website (www.cargpsnavi.com/).this is an online store. It sales all kind of GPS NAV at low price. I saw it, it really sell GPS NAV.But i don`t know whether it is a scam or not. And i have no idea with the products` quality. if you have a smartphone you could certainly use that. otherwise a quick amazon search for 'gps system' should do the trick. you can search for specific price ranges and all the specifications you would like. also, just a piece of advice, if it looks to good to be true, it is. if this website is showing gps's for 50 that usually go for 150, it's probably a scam. do the proper research and don't be gullible. use good judgement and your intuition as to whether or not you think its a scam.

for $250 you can actually get a very good GPS system. TomTom Via and TomTom GO Live are a few examples. Both cost less than $250 and both work really well with virtually any car. My roommate is a real grease monkey with a weird taste. He bought an electric car (he is big on the whole go green thing) and is now decking it out for racing? An electric race car can you believe it? Anyways the point is that he recently bough a TomTom Via for $190. I've been using it for a while now. Lets just say that even I can follow directions now.
