Biometric Fingerprint Car Start/Alarm System

Check out our Biometric Computer and Data security systems and our Biometric Fingerprint Car Start/Alarming System.

Touch the future!

-Quick alarm function
-Anti Car-jack feature
-Up to 9 fingerprints and one password can be stored
-Upgradeable

http://MidSouthBiometrics.com

The Fingerprint Starter allows you and your clients to do much more than basic alarm features.
Using fingerprint identification, this will encode the car security system. This product is so high-tech it prevents alarm decrypting.
Inserting a car key or using keyless ignition devices are useless unless fingerprint recognition is initiated.
Any unauthorized persons who gain entry to your vehicle illegally will set off the quick alarming function.
All inputs or settings are guided by the master driver through the password controller by voice instruction.

Highlights Characteristics:

High Recognition Characteristics which approve the logon and certify in less than 0.8 seconds, anti-true rate < 0.0000001 ,accept-false rate < 0.00000000001.
High Accommodations characteristics which allow stable operation for temperature from - 45°C to + 85°C and humidity at 5% to 95%, dry or wet hand can pass the verification.

High Security characteristics of finger print verification to access control of the car computer, the activation of the ignition device and the fuel supply.
Live Biometrics Verification which cannot be copied because everyone has a unique fingerprint. It can not be accessed by other unauthorized users or car thieves, it will never lost and will never change because your finger print never changes.

For installers and businesses we have a 15 day free evaluation demo program for the Biometric Fingerprint Car Start/Alarming System. Call sales for information about the coupon code 1913 free demo program.

We also have 24v systems available for larger applications, ask for pricing on those. If interested in additional information send a POC name and address and I'll have more information sent to you ASAP.

I didn't say Chuck Norris would steal a car. Besides, it would be pointless as Chuck Norris can walk faster than any car can drive.

That is an easy one.

From the CarStarter_fag.pdf on the site at http://midsouthbiome...nstallation.php

Q
If I were to cut my finger could I still start the car? If I need to send my car to the
mechanic can the Quick Alarming Function can be disabled?
A
Yes, your master driver hold 1 six-digit password, by using your pin-pad and
following the voice instruction, you can always disable (or enable) the Quick
Alarming Function. After disabling the alarm just use your car key to start the car.
This alarm is convenient and flexible.

Nice.

Honestly, this technology just totally makes sense, imo. $700 is a bit steep tho.

Question: is installation difficult enough that it must be done professionally?

Anyone that can install a stereo system or other alarm should have no problem installing this system.

We have a free 15 day evaluation demo program for installers and retailers. If anyone is interested in this program just let me know.

I understand the sticker shock. And I'm not the kind to try and "sell" my systems to people. I hate it when someone does that to me. I'll just say that I spent a long time investigating the technology, this company, talked with the owner personally, and after a few months decided to get involved with him. Being a network engineer and having worked with other biometric security systems for data centers in the past I have just a little insite to some of this systems unique technology. Some of the documentation available on the site will explain what I am getting at.

And since I see myself starting to do exactly what I said I don't like I'll just stop now.

That is actually a very good idea...

However me being uneasy with this sort of stuff, I will wait and see what the success rate is when other people try it.

If it works, then I would be up for that.

My one question would be when I sell the car, can it be reset? If it can, then is it easy to do? If so, thiefs will manage to find a way. Or does the system need to be removed from the car before sale?

Actually 700 bucks isn't that bad considering the cost of most aftermarket stereos.

I wonder if insurance companies understand this tech and give the appropriate discount. Other than just a standard anti theft device discount.

Yes it can be reset. From the faq:

Q
Please teach me how to reset the system.
A
Please check the Black Main Host, on the top edge there is a small hole for
resetting the system. There is a fuse on the cable, please take out the fuse first,
use a pencil of a nail inserts and points into the Reset hole on the main host, hold
it in and simultaneously insert back the fuse and hold it for around 20 seconds.
Then the system will be reset and the system will resume the initial setting.

As far as someone finding a way to reset the system, well they will have to haul your vehicle away to the secret thief hideaway <insert goolish thief laugh here> and spend time investigating how to disable the system there. But of course once they get it there it's most likey going to be chopped for parts and no security system is going to stop them from that.

You can't bypass this system. You have to have YOUR fingerprint to do anything. Other systems can be bypassed in many ways. Code scanners sitting outside your home or in parking lots where you shop can steal your remote codes withing a second. You and only you possess the one of a kind key to this system.

When it comes down to it ALL security systems are simply a deterant. If someone with the means to do so wants to steal something bad enough they will find a way. Even though I'll be installing one of these systems on my Harley Street Glide, which already has the factory Harley security installed, I know that if someone wants my Harley all they have to do is back up to it with a tow truck, strap it up, lift it and drive away. Can be done within 2 min.

I've attached the faq to this reply but if anyone has any questions please feel free to ask.

Rick
