  1. I own a 1992 Jeep Wrangler that I'm currently trying to fix up. A major problem is that my the gauges and lights on my dashboard don't work correctly. My MPH and RPM gauges work fine, but my gas gauge and the three gauges next to it don't. they just sit at about a 1/4 full. Also the lights on my dashboard don't turn on when my headlights are on. So like when I'm driving at night with my headlights on my dashboard is pitch black. The lights have come on randomly before, but then don't work again the next time i drive with my headlights. Can anyone tell me how to fix these problems to help me on the path to getting my car like new again? Thank you!
  2. Put together all of the pieces for a 6000W subwoofer setup, however, I need to know from someone that is a little more knowledged in this area whether or not it will work. Here's a list of what I'm buying.. List of Items (4x) 15-inch subwoofers (1000W RMS/2000W Peak) (2x) 3000W two-channel/bridgeable amplifiers (1x) 5/8" MDF Subwoofer box (four holes, supports four 15-inch subwoofers) (1x) 25ft. 0 gauge power cable (1x) 25ft. 4 gauge ground cable (1x) 0 gauge to two 4 gauge power distribution block (1x) 10ft. 4 gauge power cable (from dist. block to amps) (1x) 50ft. 16 gauge remote start cable (1x) Splitter for remote start cable (1x) 25ft. RCA Cables (for running from head unit to first amp) (1x) 4ft RCA Cables (for bridging the two amplifiers) (1x) 10ft Speaker Wire (2.5ft x 4 from amps to subwoofers) (1x) Power Capacitor (I'm not sure what size I need, or where to put it, or how many..) (2x) 3000W Fuse (I'm not sure if I need one 6000W fuse on the 0ga lead or two 3000W after the distributor) Yes.. This is a huge system and you're probably thinking it's expensive.. Well, I'm pulling it off for under $800 (before a decent radio) Do you guys think this will work? I've attached a schematic on how I'm planning on wiring it. Thanks for any suggestions that you guys have. Also, this system is going in a 2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE1. Should I get a second battery for just the subs? Thanks! Also-- If I have four 15" subwoofers that are 1000W RMS and 2000W Peak each (4000W RMS/8000W Peak for the system) and I run 1500W to each of the subwoofers, will I harm them at all?
