I am having some trouble installing an aftermarket rim I bought for my 1990 Mitsubishi Lancer GLX. I went to the shop and chose the rim. However when they were installing it they told me that the rim collides with 4 bolts that are into the car's hub, hence the new rim is not flushed with the hub. Moreover, upon inspection of the old rims, I saw that there were holes drilled because of this. This can't be stock right? Is it a spacer?
It's my first car by the way.
Here's the picture of the hub, you can see all 4 bolts that prevent the rim from being flushed with the hub.
Thank you for your help.
