  1. if there was...

Oh, it will be production. Yeah, it's pretty amazing, most 200+ mph cars are pretty heavy.
  2. if there was...

It's not a light car. That's why Chrysler can sell it for less than most Euro cars because they don't use expensive light weight materials. That's my guess and it makes sense to me, but I could be wrong.
  3. Turbocharged VR6 vs. S4???

We have 92 octane here. Does that Octane boost really work? Does it add power to your car, if so I gotta use it on our Mustang.
  4. if there was...

Tough call guys, there really are too many. I have heard that recently there has been a list of cars that are now allowed in the US, a couple of which are the XJ 220 and 959. For me I'd say maybe the Lotus 340R. An exotic car dealer has one. I talked to the owner and he said he only takes it to the track and that it's one of 6 in the entire country. Pretty cool car, especially up close.
  5. Turbocharged VR6 vs. S4???

Here's the site: http://www.hpamotorsports.com/ I'm not sure if they do the conversion, but I know they do a lot of mods to VWs.
  6. Turbocharged VR6 vs. S4???

Is the VR6 AWD or FWD? If it's AWD, then keep the Jetta. The A4 is basically the same car as the Jetta anyways. Also, you'd have a nice sleeper no your hands too. If it's FWD, I'd probably still keep the Jetta. In fact, I know a place that might be able to put an AWD system in your car. Expensive yes, but it can be done.
  7. New guy here, here's my car too.

Hey c'mon, give the dude a break. We ALL make mistakes. Anyways, yeah, sweet car. Good choice of vehicle, a Ford. I'm a Ford guy. You'd never expect to see a fast Escort, kinda like those turbo minivans. Anways, keep up the work.

  9. Which cars beat the Camaro SS

Jaguar XJ 220 Bugatti EB110 McLaren F1 Ferrari (most any newer ones) HEMI muscle cars Shelby Cobra BMW M1, M3, M5, Z8 Mosler MT900 Lamborghini (most any newer ones) Roush (stage 3) Mustangs Saleen (supercharged) Mustangs Saleen S7 Viper (most any) Aston Martin Vanquish, DB7 Nissan Skyline GTR Porsche GT3, GT2, Turbo Mercedes-Benz (most AMG cars) Corvette Z06 Opel Astra X-Treme (and Vauxhall variant) and the list goes on...
  10. Super Sport - King of the road

Hold on now, let's take it easy. First of all, I am a big F-body fan. I really like them a lot and want one myself. However, I accept that the Camaro is not for everyone and that it is not the best car in terms of handling (I think we have already determined that). The thing is Bliggida, in your posts you seem to act rather biggoted thinking that the Camaro is the only car out there. I don't mean to insult you, but that is the way I view (and I'm sure many others do too) your posts. Like I said, I like the Camaro and think it is great, but I have also realized that it isn't the best of everything.
  11. The V-6 Camaro loses

If you really want to go against imports and avoid a V-8, the best is a Buick GN, T-Type and GNX. I've heard of injectors that will launch those cars into the 10s.
  12. Ahahahahahahahahahahahah.........

If you ask me, the Liberty never did seem to stable looking to begin with.
  13. Super Sport - King of the road

Since when does the F-body handle .89Gs? The SVT Cobra handles .86Gs at best and a GT gets only .83Gs. The highest F-body skidpad that I have ever seen is .81Gs.
  14. Super Sport - King of the road

Remember, there is more to a race track than the straights. Sure the 1/4 mi is important, but so is handling and grip. The word performance means not only acceleration and top speed, but handling as well. The 1/4 mi times may not be to your liking, but the skidpad and slalom numbers will.
  15. Super Sport - King of the road

A $40k Mustang is nothing to laugh at. Two words come to my mind: Roush and Saleen. Those are FAST Mustangs and some carry a near $40k price tag. They can and will give almost any car a run for their money (including Corvettes).
